1. About Terms of Sale

These sales terms apply to all products ordered and purchased in Crystal Happiness Online Store.

Crystal Happiness will contact you via email about the products you have purchased in the Crystal Happiness Online Store. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications provided in electronic form will comply with any legal requirements that require written communications.

Crystal Happiness reserves the right to revise these sales terms from time to time. 3. Order & Purchase

To purchase products, you must :

You can place an order by clicking the “Add to Basket” button, and then go to the checkout page.

You will have the opportunity to review your order, read and accept the terms of sale, check the total amount of your order and the information you provided, and correct any input errors before confirming the order.

4.Order Processing

Once you submit and confirm your order in Crystal Happiness Online Store; we will send an email to the email address you provided to confirm receipt of the order, and will list the details of the ordered product.

After receiving your order, we will check whether the relevant products are in stock. If the relevant product is out of stock and cannot provide any of the products on your order, we will notify you via email.

This website will provide services based on the information provided by the customer. If the order is affected by the customer providing wrong information or due to any factors beyond the control of this website, this website will not be responsible.

5.Price and Payment

The value of all goods is calculated in Hong Kong dollars. The price of the product is based on when you place the order, and the price will be stated in the order confirmation email and shipping confirmation email.

This website will try its best to provide the latest information and prices of accessories, as well as the inventory supply, and reserve the right to change the prices of the goods without prior notice.

This website will not bear any responsibility for the failure of the relevant bank or third-party trader to process the credit card transaction channel.

6.Delivery & Pick-up Arrangement

Crystal Happiness chooses “SF Express” for product delivery service and is based on “pay on delivery”. If the product is in stock, the standard express product will be shipped within 2-3 working days. Crystal Happiness reserves the right to use other courier companies with higher or lower costs for product delivery services. If you need express delivery service, please choose the delivery option for you.

Please note that all mailing risks (including delays, damage, loss or accidental theft of the goods caused by mail) must be borne by the buyer, and we are not responsible for it. If we need to prove that the goods have been shipped, we can provide proof of delivery.

We ensure that the goods are packaged securely. However, if the delivery of products such as crystal ornaments requires extra care, we recommend that customers pick them up in person.

Crystal Happiness can accept customers to pick up the goods in our Vending Machines. Please contact us by email. Customers can also make an appointment to collect the goods at our sales outlet, but payment must be made online in advance.

7.Events outside the control of PAP

If Crystal Happiness is delayed or unable to complete the sales contract as stipulated, and this is because of any behavior, event, omission, accidental omission or situation beyond the control of Crystal Happiness, Crystal Happiness will not be responsible for:

• Riots, riots, aggression, terrorist attacks or threats of terrorist attacks, war (whether war has been declared or not), threats of war or preparations for war;
• Strikes or lockouts (or other industrial actions);
• Local emergency;
• Failure of transportation facilities, problems with power systems or public utilities, earthquakes, fires, explosions, storms, flooding, subsidence, epidemics, or other natural disasters;
• It is not possible to use rail, boat, plane, automobile transportation or other private or public transportation; or
• Government bills, decrees, laws, regulations or restrictions.

During the above circumstances, Crystal Happiness suspended the performance of the relevant sales contract.

8.Products supply

Crystal Happiness will do her best to ensure the supply of products on Crystal Happiness Online Store.

9.Product information and compatibility

When placing an order, please make sure that you purchase the product and the product’s intended use. Please use Crystal Happiness Online Store as the final reference when inquiring whether the product meets the intended use. If the content of Crystal Happiness Online Store is different from other websites (or other information sources), the product compatibility described on Crystal Happiness Online Store at the time of product purchase shall prevail.

10.Goods ownership

Crystal Happiness retains the legal ownership of the product until you have paid the full payment for the product. The related risks will be deemed to have been transferred to you at the same time the relevant product is delivered. The ownership of the product will be transferred to you when you have paid all the money for the purchase of the product.

11.Returns and refunds

There is no refund service.

Note that the above arrangement does not apply to customized styles or customized sizes.

If you want to change the size, please keep the purchase information, and ensure that the product is in good condition, and there is no after-sales damage or usage, otherwise the replacement service will not be provided.
Due to hygiene issues, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. Thank you for understanding.

12.Maintenance

The warranty period of all Crystal Happiness products is 14 days from the date of purchase. Please keep the receipt as proof of purchase.
Do not let your product come into contact with sensitive, pungent, corrosive liquids and acid-base chemicals. These chemicals include but are not limited to liquid polishes, pool water, hot springs and spa facilities.
The scope of maintenance does not include human factors and/or accidental damage to the product.

13.Responsibility

Crystal Happiness guarantees that any product purchased through Crystal Happiness Online Store is of satisfactory quality and is reasonably suitable for the purpose of this type of product.

Crystal Happiness shall not be liable for any indirect losses caused by major losses or damages and losses that Crystal Happiness and you cannot reasonably foresee (including but not limited to the loss of estimated savings).

These sales terms stipulate all the obligations and responsibilities of Crystal Happiness selling products through the Crystal Happiness Online Store, and within the scope permitted by applicable laws, Crystal Happiness is not subject to any guarantees, conditions or other conditions other than those stipulated in these sales terms Terms bound.
